Some Thoughts
God was talking through the prophet Ezekiel to the mortal king of the human city of Tyre, but He was alluding to a fact that the king had, probably unknowingly, allowed himself to be nothing other than a puppet of Satan. That is why, while addressing the king, God reminded Satan of his place and his past. Spoken and recorded around 600 BC, the events described would've likely happened between GE 2 & 3, but this story was placed here, between GE 11 & 12, to let GE 1-11 flow.
